Once we’ve given you a quote, there’s no obligation to accept our services. Take as much time as you want to think about it and get back to us.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?
It depends on the size of your house and the number of rooms. For example, a typical 1 bathroom and 2 bedroom house will take us around 1.5 hours to finish on average.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK A CLEANING SERVICE?
You can book our services in 3 simple steps:

As Orange Cleaning is committed to customer satisfaction, if you’re not happy with an area we’ve cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we’ll come back to reclean the area for free! This combined with our highly-trained and thoroughly vetted cleaners make Orange Cleaning virtually risk-free!
Q. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
With more than 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry, we aim to build a long-lasting relationship with the client. We believe cleaning is a very personal service, and therefore, the two parties must develop a good relationship and be able to trust each other for a long time.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING ANYTIME?
Of course, you can cancel at any time. We offer a no lock-in contract. However, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance when you want to cancel a service, otherwise, a small fee might be charged to cover our cleaner’s wage loss. We hope you understand that.
